The annual FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) Fields of Faith was held in Hastings on Wednesday evening and was well attended by 47 Heartland students!
Heartland FCA Chapter sponsors who attended were Steph Buzek, Tara Maltsberger, and Carrie Regier. Several area church youth leaders, community members, and pastors also attended. Matt Quiring volunteered his time to take the students on a school bus.
The event was held inside at the Adams Central High School gym because of the weather. The guest speaker was Dillon Bartels, the youth pastor at the North Shore Church. The featured praise band was Cruciform Collective, and Sophia Reynolds, the daughter of the late FCA Central Northeast Director Josh Reynolds, shared her personal testimony. FCA gave away 540 Bibles before running out.
