Hampton Hawk Sophomore Landen Rojewski #15 had a great game with 94 yards rushing.

The Rojewski brothers got things started early for the Hawks on Friday night in Harvard, and they never looked back. Junior Kyler Rojewski scored on the first possession on a run from scrimmage on the second play of the game. Landen Rojewski scored on the second possession with a 51-yard punt return.

Landen Hansen, Mason Weins, Kyler Rojewski, and Landen Rojewski combined for 78 of the Hawks’ 89 points in the decisive win. Leading the defense in the shutout were Mason Weins with 11 tackles, plus Camden Riggs, Brayden Wolinski, and Kyler Rojewski, all with 10 tackles each. Landen Rojewski led the team with 94 yards rushing, Mason Weins 51, Kyler Rojewski 32, Porter Dose 27, and Landen Hansen 14.

“I was proud of the win. We were able to score, and the defense and special teams held Harvard to -24 yards for the game,” said Coach Jones.

The Hawks will face an undefeated Pawnee City team at home next Friday night.

The H&H Bearcat cheerleading squad alternates cheering for the Heartland Huskies and Hampton Hawks football teams each week. They were in Harvard on Friday night to cheer on the Hawks!
