Despite very windy conditions for golf, the Heartland boys’ golf team had a winning week. After placing 3rd at the Fillmore Central Golf Invite on Tuesday, they went out and won the Milford Invite on Wednesday, April 12th.
They played in Milford at the Thornridge Golf Course, scoring 352 to edge out Lincoln Lutheran by one point. Three of the five Huskies scored in the 80’s, with Creighton Friesen placing 3rd and Jake Regier 9th.
