YORK – This year’s valuations have been provided by the York County Assessor’s office.
They are as follows:
- York County: $5,031,211,514. Last year, $4,872,797,007
- Bradshaw: $36,322,238. Last year, $32,241,575
- Benedict: $17,817,754. Last year, $16,655,343
- Gresham: $14,641,994. Last year, $11,570,048
- Henderson: $102,464, 750. Last year, $94,621,996
- Lushton: $6,203,974. Last year, $6,067,018
- McCool Junction: $40,958,004. Last year, $54,482,271
- Thayer: $4,947,349. Last year, $4,627,691
- Waco: $26,409,034. Last year, $29,610,907
- York: $901,028,963. Last year, $881,045,528
- Heartland School District: $951,623,127. Last year, $918,791,527
- McCool Junction School District: $515,224,415. Last year, $510,607,648
- York School District: $1,767,023,784. Last year, $1,702,141,877
It’s noted how the valuations in the towns of McCool and Waco went down since last year, while all the other valuation areas increased. York County Assessor Kurt Bulgrin said the decreases were from “market adjustments due to sales.”
