Heartland Community Schools release
At the Spring Sing at Heartland on Friday, May 15, Micah Haidle was selected as the recipient of the F.K. Hopkins Award.
F.K. Hopkins was a longtime employee of Bradshaw Public School, where he worked as a custodian and bus driver. He was known as “Hop” and always took time to visit with the students and make connections.
Each year, Heartland Community Schools selects an eighth grader to receive the F.K. Hopkins Award to honor his legacy. This student exhibits character, hard work, and leadership while in middle school.
Congratulations to Micah for being selected this year!
