The folks on 10th Street have had to endure quite a bit of inconvenience the past few weeks, but it will be worth it soon. For weeks, residents have had to park on side streets and walk to their homes since the street was torn out. On Monday, crews began pouring the new concrete, so the finish line is in sight.
