Heartland Community School Release
The H & H Bearcat Cheerleaders took the competition floor on Friday, February 20, at 3:43 PM for the 2026 Nebraska State Cheer and Dance Championships. The Bearcats competed in the Game Day Event, which judges on Game Day material, the ability to effectively lead and engage the crowd, proper skill incorporations, performance, motions, dance, and overall routine. Three points separated teams placing 2-7.
The Bearcat Cheerleaders were recognized with a Team Academic Excellence Award for maintaining a team GPA of 3.3 or higher!
