The Fullerton Golf Invite was moved to Galaway Creek on Tuesday because they are reseeding their course, which is currently closed for play.
It was a day for breaking records at Galaway Creek Golf Course for Senior Mia Hiebner. She shot a 71 (37-34) to beat her own 18-hole record of 72 and her nine-hole record of 35, which she posted at the State meet at Lake Maloney last year. Tara Buzek shot a 101 (50-51), placing 15th overall. The Bearcats placed 5th overall at 419. Columbus Scotus won the meet, posting a team score of 378, and Sutton was runner-up, a few strokes back at 382.
