The rain on Friday produced soggy conditions on the Heartland home field, and it only got worse in the second half when it started raining again.
The Heartland Huskies knew it would be a challenging game for Homecoming, facing the unbeaten SRC Huskies. Heartland had a great first quarter, holding the Huskies to only six points, but the second quarter was a scoring fest for the Huskies, putting 32 points on the board.
