The H&H Bearcats enjoyed some pretty good track weather at the 2026 Class C Nebraska State Track & Field Championship Meet in Omaha on Friday, May 22, and Saturday 23. Maddox Regier came home with a medal, placing 5th in the high jump, going 6’2″. With his medal, the boys received 4 points for the meet. The boys’ 3200 M relay team placed 9th with a time of 8:29.66.
On Saturday, Tara Buzek ran a 2:25.93, placing 15th in the 800 M run, and Trenton Goertzen ran a 4:43.29 for 21st place in the 1600 M run.
