The Heartland Huskie football team took a beating from the Mustangs in Sutton on Friday night, losing 68-6. They were down 46-0 at the end of the first quarter, and the Huskies didn’t score a TD until the third quarter. Nevada Gloystein scored the only Huskie TD on a one-yard run into the end zone, but the attempt for the extra two points failed.
Leading the team in tackles was Nevada Gloystein with 10, Riggs Newton 8, and Brooks Burgess and Luke Janzen with 6.
