The newly renovated Heartland gym was packed out for the first H&H Bearcat volleyball match against Sutton on Tuesday night.
The H&H Bearcat volleyball team had a busy week with their first home match at the Heartland gym on Tuesday against the Sutton Fillies. The Bearcats couldn’t seem to get their offense rolling and lost 8-25, 12-25, and 12-25.

Jaylah Gross led the team with 10 digs, and Khloe Luebbe with nine. Ava Hurt recorded one ace block, and she had five assists. Sophie Minary and Riley Quiring each had two kills in the match. Gross recorded 18 serves received.

On Thursday, the team traveled to Hebron to face the Thayer Central Titans. They lost all three sets 14-25, 9-25, and 14-25.

Jaylah Gross led the team with 13 digs, Ava Hurt had nine, and Khloe Luebbe had five. Sophie Minary had four kills, Sophia Schulze had three, and Ashlyn Friesen and Riley Quiring each had two. Sophia Schulze and Sophie Minary each had one ace serve.
