The Bearcat girls golf team had a quick turnaround this week, competing on Monday in Fairbury and on Tuesday in Friend. Tara Buzek placed 14th at the Fairbury Invite on Monday, and Meggan Friesen lost the playoff spot for 15th place.

On Tuesday, due to rain, they played only nine holes at the Friend Country Club. Meggan Friesen medaled, placing 11th, shooting a 50. Tara Buzek scored a 56, Kinsley Friesen 63, and Brinley Mierau 64. Abigail Klooz from EFF won first place with a low score of 37.
