The lake at Henderson Lakeview Park has had quite a few new visitors this past week. They are a bit noisy and messy (they like pooping on the walkpath). It’s a bit unusual for the lake to host this many Canadian Geese, but they seem to have found a comfortable resting place on their way north.
Last year, it was fun to watch a pair of geese raise a family of five on the lake that eventually moved on. They must have spread the word about how nice our lake is, but we do hope they continue north rather than take up residence here for too long.
