It was a great day on Saturday for the annual Heritage Day activities at the Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park.
Visitors lined up early to get the freshly baked waffles and cream sauce, always a favorite! Horse-drawn wagon rides around the park were another popular activity, and much more!
A Big Thank You to all the volunteers who make this event so special every year!

Vernelle Friesen was busy in the farmhouse playing the vintage organ when a surprise guest arrived. Verna Arnall from Grand Island stopped by to hear the organ that was owned by her mother, Minnie Fehr from Sutton. Verna is 91 years old and sat down to play the organ she remembered so well growing up.
