Emersyn Oswald was the leading scorer for the Huskies with 8 points in the game against Sutton.
After a strong performance beating Fillmore Central on Monday night in the opening action of the Southern Nebraska Conference tournament, the Huskies had quite a letdown on Tuesday night. They traveled to Sutton to take on the Fillies and lost by 30 points, 21-51. They dug themselves into a hole in the first quarter when they were only able to score 1 point, and the Fillies had 17.
The Huskies will play in the SNC consolation bracket on Saturday at 11 a.m. against Sandy Creek at the Centennial Gym 2.
