York County Aging Services provides Medicare assistance to seniors.

YORK COUNTY – York County Aging Services Director Lori Byers says her agency has set many events throughout the county where seniors will have the opportunity to get help with their Medicare enrollment.

Medicare Part D open enrollment started Oct. 15 and will run through Dec. 7.

“These are free to the people, and we will be there to help them know their options,” Byers said.

Individuals can call 402-362-7626 to schedule their “free, non-bias reviews. Appointments are available over the phone or in person. All individuals will need is their Medicare cards and a list of their medications,” Byers said.
