Living Hope Church Celebration – November 15, 2026, 1:30 p.m.
Living Hope Church will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of its sanctuary building in Henderson at 1:30 p.m. on November 15. The event will be a review of the history of the Henderson Mennonite Brethren/Living Hope Church and its buildings through storytelling, singing, and a slide presentation of historical photos.
A “time capsule” from the cornerstone will be opened as part of the event. You will know that the party is starting when you hear the church bell ringing. Members of the community are invited for the celebration.
This centennial party is part of Living Hope’s annual Harvest Mission Festival. The morning service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Former Pastor Garvie Schmidt will be speaking.
