The Henderson Child Development Center launched a capital campaign a few months ago to raise $25,000 to help with the startup expenses for the new daycare facility located next to Heartland Community Schools. This week, they received $4,200 from Henderson State Bank to fund staff training and purchase equipment at the center.
“We understand the positive impact the daycare will make in the community and are happy to contribute. In January, Henderson State Bank will be donating another $2,800 to assist the daycare,” said Henderson State Bank’s President Kevin Postier.
