It’s Official! New H&H Bearcat Logo Selected by Heartland & Hampton Students Today

Heartland Community School Release

Students in grades 6 through 11, from both Heartland and Hampton voted on Wednesday, May 14th to select the brand concept for the H&H mascot and logos.  Students voted for one concept from two concepts that were developed by a working group of 8 individuals from the Heartland and Hampton districts.

The winning concept was previously identified as Concept #1.  A total of 185 student votes were cast with the winning concept receiving approximately 81% of the votes.

The brand concept that was selected by the students, along with the assets that the working group developed inside of that concept, can be seen here.  There may still be some small changes made to some of the assets within the chosen concept, but any changes at this point will be small/subtle.  Additional assets within the brand concept may also be developed in the future.

Booster clubs will soon begin the process of creating and selling H&H Bearcats merchandise, and they will put out more information to that effect at a later date.
