The grill will be fired up early Saturday morning during Henderson Community Days to kick off the day right. Pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee will be served at the Epp Barn starting at 6 A.M. through 10 A.M. There is plenty of seating upstairs in the loft or outside on the park’s new picnic tables. A free will offering will be taken for the pancake feed with all proceeds to support the Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park. The rest of the Heritage Park will be open all day Saturday until 4 P.M. It will also be open for visits on Sunday from 1 – 4 P.M.  The park will be featuring a new display of old church memorabilia in the General Store (picture below).
