Completed surgical hospitality waiting room at Henderson Health Care Services

Henderson Health Care News Release

Henderson Health Care is proud to announce the completion of the third and final phase of our multi-year Hospital/Surgery Expansion & Renovation Project. This ambitious project, which includes a new, state-of-the-art surgical suite, nutrition services, specialty clinic, materials management with loading bay, and crucial infrastructure updates, marks a significant investment in the health and well-being of our community, expanding access to high-quality care, creating state-of-the-art facilities, and reinforcing our commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.

The completion of this phase culminates over three years of effort to modernize and expand our facilities to better meet the needs of the communities we serve. With this final phase, HHC has added a new laboratory, phlebotomy, pharmacy, ultrasound, physician workroom, and a patient hospitality room.

“With the completion of this project, we are better positioned to serve our communities for years to come,” said Cheryl Brown, CEO of Henderson Health Care. “Our continuous improvements are a testament to our dedication to delivering excellent care and addressing the evolving needs of our patients. This expansion means greater access to services, reduced wait times, and a state-of-the-art campus where our skilled teams can deliver exceptional care.”

HHC broke ground on the $15 million Hospital/Surgery Expansion & Renovation project in March 2021. The 21,000-square-foot project, which was nearly 10 years in the making, is completed, occupied, and ready to serve your healthcare needs close to home.
