Snow Pie
4 Egg Whites
½ t. Cream of Tarter
1 C. Sugar
1 regular tub Cool Whip
3 C. Fresh Fruit of your choice
¼ C. Shredded Coconut (optional)
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until peaks form. Â Slowly add sugar and beat well. Â Spoon mixture out into a well greased pie plate. Â Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Â Let cool a bit and turn upside down onto platter. Â Cool completely and cover with whip cream and top with fresh fruit. Â Sprinkle top with shredded coconut if desired.
