The Heartland Boys Golf team traveled north to David City yesterday morning teeing off at 9:30 am. Heartland placed 6th as a team with a score of 357. Teams competing were Friend, David City, Stanton, Wahoo, Cross County, Osceola, St. Francis, Twin River, and Clarkson.
Individually Seniors Spencer Friesen and Jesse Nissen led the way for the Huskies. Friesen placed 2nd individually scoring a 78. Nissen came in at 6th place shooting an 84. Other Heartland golfers scoring were L. Romo – 94, and L. Fochtman 101.
