Creighton Friesen brought home the gold medal, winning his first tournament of the season at the David City Golf Club on Wednesday.
The Huskies traveled to David City on Wednesday, April 23, where they enjoyed a great day weather-wise for golf. Creighton Friesen was tied for first place, scoring a 73 with Keaton Busch from David City. After four playoff holes, Friesen prevailed and won the tournament. The Huskie team placed third with a combined team score of 337.
