Eric Allgood and Taylor Siebert with special recognition awards they received at the Nebraska State Basketball Boys Basketball Tournament on Saturday.
Every year, the NSAA presents its Distinguished Service Awards to honor individuals who have contributed greatly to the activities of the NSAA. This is considered a high honor to be added to their prestigious list. Eric Allgood, who has worked at Striv since 2015, and Taylor Siebert Striv, Founder and CEO, were selected this year. They were both honored and presented with a plaque at the Nebraska High School State Basketball Tournament Saturday at Pinnacle Bank Arena during halftime of the Class B Boys game.
The Outstanding and Distinguished Service Awards, started in 1979, are presented annually to individuals who have gone above and beyond what was expected of them in support of high school activities. The Distinguished Service Award recognizes individuals who have made contributions to the entire Nebraska School Activities Association and its member schools.
