Huskie Girls Basketball Team Loses to Osceola in First Round of D-1 Sub-Districts

It was a different story this time the Huskies played the Osceola Bulldogs at High Plains on Monday. Last Thursday, the Huskies easily took care of the Bulldogs at Osceola, beating them 50-37 but the tables were turned on Monday for the Huskies losing 38-57 this time.

The Huskies could not find the basket in the first half, scoring only 9 points, while the Bulldogs had 27 at the half. The Huskies lost 38-56 and were led in scoring by Ariene Sololuze with 11 points, followed by Isabel Johnson with 10. The Bulldogs hit five 3’s during the game, and Addison Theis had a game-high 21 points. The girls end their season with a 7-14 record.
