Henderson Police Department reported 196 calls for 2024.
Chief of Police John Prusia released the Henderson Police Department’s Calls for Service (CFS) list for 2024. It was reported that a total of 196 calls were made. The highest number of reports were for 31 traffic stops.
Whenever Chief Prusia is out patrolling and gets out of his vehicle to check something suspicious, such as checking doors or businesses, it’s called “Officer out of the car,” and 16 were reported last year. Another high number of stops at 14 were for enforcing parking ordinances.
Checking out suspicious vehicle/persons activity was reported at 10. Reports of domestic disturbances and falls were both at six. There were only three burglary reports and two reports for drugs.
