The annual York-Hamilton Cattlemen’s Banquet is scheduled for January 28 at the Holthus Convention Center in York, Cattlemen’s Secretary Gerald Peterson said.
Tim “The Dairy Farmer” Moffett, standup comedian and dairy farmer from Florida, will perform. He has entertained at agricultural events, fairs, resorts, and comedy clubs. Moffett is signed with Larry the Cable Guy’s Git-R-Done Records and is regularly on Sirius XM Radio.
Kim Siebert, York-Hamilton Cattlemen’s president, said doors to the banquet will open at 6 p.m. with a cash bar followed by a prime rib meal. Entertainment and recognition of honored guests will follow.
Tickets are $30 per person, or banquet sponsorships for $150 include two tickets and recognition for a business at the banquet.
Tickets can be purchased from any of the York-Hamilton County Cattlemen’s directors or the UNL Extension offices in Hamilton and York counties.
