EGG DROP CONTEST

On Friday evening, a telehandler was used in the middle of Main Street, with kids trying their hands at catching an egg without it breaking. The height level was raised with each age group and run-off. As evidenced by all the smashed eggs on the pavement, it wasn’t that easy! The Henderson Chamber of Commerce sponsored this event; it was a real hit! Kids over 16 got to try their hand at catching the eggs for fun when the other competitions were over.

RESULTS: Winners each won $50 in Chamber bucks.

Age 3 -6: Grace Rose

Ages 7 -12: : Zoe Shefferd

Ages 13 – 16: – Roddeck Friesen
