Henderson State Bank has announced the promotion of Stephanie Bronzynski as Human Resources Director for the six locations of the bank. Bronzynski has been employed at Henderson State Bank since September 2023 and offices out of the York main branch.
This 1995 York High grad is the daughter of former York residents Steve and Cathy Wagner, who now live in Ulysses, Kansas. Bronzynski earned a business administration degree from Southeast Community College and has several years of experience in human resources and accounting for York area businesses.
“I’m very excited about the opportunity,” said Bronzynski. “I’m looking forward to helping with the growth and development of the bank’s different locations.”
“Stephanie joined Henderson State Bank in September and has shown impressive growth in her role,” said Jami Schmidt, Henderson State Bank CFO. “We are thrilled to announce her promotion to the position of Human Resource Director. We have no doubt that she will excel in this new role and continue to contribute positively to our team.”
Bronzynski and her husband Mike share three kids between them those being Austin, Derrick and Tristyn. When not busy with her bank duties she enjoys gardening and sewing along with outdoor activities.
