Henderson State Bank is pleased to announce that Jami Schmidt was recently elected by stockholders to the Board of Directors for Henderson State Bank. Schmidt is the chief financial officer and cashier, has been with Henderson State Bank for over five years, and has over 10 years of previous banking experience.
“I’m thankful for the opportunity to represent the interest of our shareholders,” said Schmidt.
A native of Franklin, Nebraska, she is married to Grant Schmidt who farms in the Henderson area. The couple has two children: Austin, who is 17, and daughter Taylor, who will turn 11 on Wednesday of this week.
Along with her duties at the bank, Schmidt is also serving as past president of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, is active in their church, and is a youth volleyball coach.
