You won’t want to miss this unique event hosted by the authors of “Five Mennonites and a Greek” at the Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park.  A salad luncheon featuring a program by four of the authors of this inspiring book will be held Saturday, June 2, at 11:30 AM at the handicap accessible Agricultural & Irrigation Building.

“Five Mennonites and a Greek” tells the stories that have shaped and molded the lives of six women who all attend the same Mennonite church in Kansas but come from different places and backgrounds.  It covers their common interests in cooking, quilting, crafting, travel, and the fun they have together.

They will share during the salad luncheon about their combined life experiences and their belief that “the true joy of life is the trip.”  Tickets may be purchased prior to the event for $10 at the Henderson Mennonite Heritage Park that is located 1 1/2 miles south of I-80 exit #342.  For more information, call Suzanne at 402-723-4252.
