As we approach the exciting, busy part of the basketball season, the Huskies did not disappoint with the games they have played the last few weeks. On Tuesday, January 16, they took on the High Plains Storm. They also hosted Sutton on Saturday, January 20. The gym was packed as the girls took a commanding win and the boys had a thriller of a game to pull out a W as well. They had a few days off and then were back at it to play the Friend Bulldogs on Thursday, January 25. Both teams have played great as they headed into the SNC Tournament last night where both Girls and Boys Varsity teams had home court. The Girls team comes in as the #2 seed and took on Fairbury at 5:45 p.m. The Boys team clenched the #1 seed and played Wilber-Clatonia at 7:15 p.m. Both teams came out victorious and move on to the next round which will be at Centennial High School on Thursday starting at 6:00 p.m. Come out and cheer on your Huskies!!
