Get in the mood for Christmas by coming out to the Heritage Park this Saturday, November 24, where you can see over 36 decorated Christmas trees!  The event is a fundraiser for Henderson Heritage & Tourism and will be held from 4-7 p.m.

Relive your country school days at the Christmas program presentations at 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the District #73 E Country School.  It’s rumored that Santa will be making an appearance and handing out goodies.  Christmas Carol singing will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Country Church where visitors can also view a number of nativity sets.

The Epp Barn loft will have hot chocolate, hot cider, and cookies for everyone, along with many decorated trees placed around the barn.  All buildings on the grounds will be decorated for Christmas, including the outhouse!  Admission for the event is $10 for adults and free for kids 12 & under accompanied by an adult.  For more information contact LaVonne Thiessen at 402-723-4559.
