Four Corners Health Department Press Release

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Four Corners Health Department wants everyone to take steps to care for their mental health and support others. Mental Health America’s theme this year is “Turn Awareness into Action.” It reminds us that knowing about mental health is important, but doing something about it is even better. https://mhanational.org/mental-health-month/

You can take care of your mental health by doing simple things like:

  • Go for a walk
  • Listen to music
  • Spend time with people you care about
  • Keep a journal
  • Take deep breaths
  • Do something fun or creative
