The Heartland boys 4 x 100 relay team set a new SNC meet record, breaking the Heartland 1999 record (44.24) with a 44.06!

The Heartland track team competed in the SNC Track Meet at Tri-County on Saturday, May 3rd. You couldn’t have wished for better weather! The boys had a good day, placing third overall, scoring 73.5 points, and the girls placed 10th with 26 points. The boys continued their outstanding performances in the relays, winning the gold in the 4 x 100 relay, 2nd in the 4 x 400, and third in the 4 x 800. Sam Quiring won the high jump at 6-02.00 and Carter was second jumping 6-00.00. Tara Buzek had a good time capturing second place in the 800-meter run and third in the 1600-meter run.
