Deanna Steingard, who has served as the Henderson State Bank receptionist, sits at her desk in the lobby for the last time.

Today was Deanna Steingard’s last day working at Henderson State Bank, where she has worked for the past 23 years. While at Henderson State Bank, she served in various positions, from her first days in the old bank as a teller and then later as the receptionist. Some of her duties as receptionist have ranged from event planning, answering the phone, taking care of the safety deposit boxes, and filling in behind the counter when needed.

“I have loved my job at Henderson State Bank since the day I started, and it has been such a great place to work. I’m not sure what plans God has for me after I retire, but I’m starting a new adventure,” said Deanna.

Customers will miss her friendly presence at her desk located in the lobby and her always helpful attitude. She has been replaced by Elizabeth Hiebner, who has been training with Deanna for the past few months. Congratulations to Deanna for her longtime dedication to her job at Henderson State Bank!
