Huskies Fall to East Butler Tigers 24-62

The Huskies faced off against East Butler at home Friday night, scoring three TDs.

There certainly was some reason to cheer at the Huskies’ Friday night home game against a 4-2 East Butler team. Despite the loss, the Huskies generated some excitement, scoring on some big plays!

The Huskies were behind by 20 points in the first quarter, but they fired up their offense in the second quarter, scoring 16 points. Luis Alvarez passed to Carter Siebert, who ran 42 yards for the TD. Siebert threw to Devon Prochaska for the extra two-point conversion.

Alvarez ran back 73 yards on a kickoff return for their next TD, and the Huskies again converted on their extra two points, making the score 16-35. The Huskies scored again in the third quarter with a 60-yard run from Carter Siebert and successfully converted for two extra points.
