Summer is rapidly approaching and again we are planning a summer reading and library program to keep children reading through the summer months.
Our theme this summer is, “Adventure Begins at Your Library.”
The elementary library will be open Tuesday and Thursdays in Henderson from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for six weeks.
Children who spend part of their summer reading or being read to are more likely to read well when they return to school in the fall.
The program begins on June 11 and ends on July 18.
