The Huskies traveled to David City on Wednesday, April 17, and Mother Nature helped them with great golf weather! Andrew Franz and Creighton Friesen both posted some low scores in the 70s. Franz placed 2nd overall, firing a sizzling 74, and Creighton Friesen was right behind with a 76 for a 4th-place individual finish. Other Heartland team members—Jack McCormick (92), Zach Miller (95), and Austin Schmidt (96)—all contributed to the team’s 4th-place finish.
Carter Milton from EMF shot a 69 to win this very competitive tournament.
