Henderson Chamber of Commerce Announces Upcoming Lunch and Learn Events and Community Service Opportunity
HENDERSON, NE – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a series of upcoming Lunch and Learn events, offering community members a chance to gain valuable insights on important topics while enjoying a networking lunch. In addition to these educational sessions, the Chamber is also organizing a community service event for highway cleanup in May.
January Lunch and Learn: Economic Outlook for 2024

Speaker: Dr. Eric Thompson, UNL Economist
Dr. Thompson will provide an expert analysis of the economic forecast for 2024, offering essential information for local businesses and community members.
March Lunch and Learn: Epic Tax Proposal in Nebraska
Date: March 25th
Time: 12:00 PM
Location: City Hall
Speaker: Todd Henrichs, Open Sky Policy Institute
This session will focus on the proposed Epic Tax in Nebraska, providing attendees with an in-depth understanding of its implications.
May Chamber Meeting: Highway Cleanup

Lunch is included for all Chamber members. Non-members are welcome to join for a $10 lunch fee. RSVP is required for an accurate catering count. RSVP deadlines are January 25th for the January event and March 20th for the March event.
Additional Information:
Each Lunch and Learn session will be followed by a Chamber Member Meeting, offering an excellent opportunity for members to discuss Chamber matters and strengthen community ties.
