For a decade, the Henderson Health Care Foundation has chosen a Friday in late August to host their annual fundraiser, a golf tournament. This year is no different.
August 23rd will see community members and the surrounding general public gather at Galaway Creek Golf Course in Henderson, Nebraska, for a friendly competition benefitting a great cause. The cause being to raise funds for Henderson Health Care’s new long term care facility, Legacy Square.
The location of said tournament, Galaway Creek Golf Course, is a nine-hole course with sporting grass greens and watered fairways that cover just over 2,600 yards. Perfect for any golfing skill set.
The tournament will be a four person scramble open to men and women of all ages. Lunch will be provided during registration beginning at 11 a.m., with the tournament taking off at 12 noon. Flight awards, a $500 hole-in-one prize, and flag prizes will be awarded during the tournament.
