It’s officially Homecoming Week at Heartland! As usual, it’s a full and busy week of activities and fun.
In the celebratory spirit, each day of the week has been designated with a theme for students to dress up if they wish. The themes and events for the week are as follows:
Tuesday: Tacky Tourist Day
7:00 p.m. – Volleyball Game at David City
Wednesday: Dynamic Duo/Twin Day
Thursday: Elderly Day
7:00 p.m. – Volleyball Game at Sutton
Friday:Â Heartland Day
1:00 p.m. – Parade on Main Street
Pep rally following at school theater
5:30 p.m. – Volleyball Game vs. Franklin (home)
6:15 p.m. – Courtyard Dedication
7:30 p.m. – Football Game vs. Franklin (home)
Homecoming coronation following football game
*A recognition of the 2006 Heartland Girls Volleyball State Championship team will take place before the volleyball game and before the football game.
