ALL AGES are invited to attend a Back-to-School Carnival on September 28, 2014, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Heartland Community School in Henderson. The star attractions of the evening will include 20+ games, giant inflatables, and fun booths (hair/nails/face painting)! We will also hold a cake walk, a guessing jar game, and drawings for AWESOME raffle prizes (many worth over $200 in family fun!). Games are varied in difficulty and are geared from toddler through junior high!
Even if you do not play games, please come for the concessions (supper!) and enter to win a raffle prize!
There is no admission fee. Tickets will be required for all activities. Tickets may be purchased in advanced for a discount at the following locations/times:
* Bethesda Mennonite Church, during office hours (M-Th, 8-4)
* After School on Wednesday, September 24, in front of the school
* During the Heartland volleyball games on September 25
* During the Heartland Football game on September 26
* Tickets are also available at the door!
The carnival is a fundraiser for Bethesda Preschool in Henderson. Funds are being raised for a handicapped railing in the courtyard, additional play equipment, playground mulch, and other classroom supplies. Your support is very much appreciated and we guarantee you will have a great time!
