The 35th Annual Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale marked another successful year with $206,890 being raised for the programs of the Mennonite Central Committee to help people throughout the world. The sale was held this past weekend, April 4 and 5, at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds in Aurora.
There was something for everyone at the sale including children’s items, ethnic foods, jewelry, quilts, hand-made auction items, collectibles, and apparel. The money was raised through several auctions, concessions, and other donations. All of this added up to a an enjoyable weekend for those attending while also supporting a good cause.
