In a very close game at home last Friday night against Exeter-Milligan, the Huskie girls fell short to the Timberwolves by three points. Although the Huskies failed to put any points on the scoreboard during the first quarter, they came back strong with 16 points in the second. Tied at 30 points after the fourth quarter, the game went into overtime. Unfortunately, Exeter-Milligan was able to put up nine points over Heartland’s six in overtime. The final score of the match-up was 36-39.

The boys had a great night managing to put up 63 points on the scoreboard for a hard-earned win. Jordan Heinrichs was the leading scorer for the Huskies with 19 points.
