Celebrate the Spirit of Christmas on Thursday, December 6, from 5-8 p.m. on Main Street and around Henderson as various businesses roll out the red carpet for holiday shopping and open houses. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be making an appearance that evening at City Hall from 5 – 7 p.m. and will have a special little gift for all the children that visit him that evening.
During the Spirit of Christmas, there will be local retailers selling products that will be perfect for your holiday gift giving. Not only will you be able to find gifts for the youngest and oldest people on your list, but you will also be saving money by not driving out of town to do your Christmas shopping. Businesses that will be open include:
