The 2012 Henderson Home Show had a good turn out on Saturday, February 25 at Heartland Community Schools. This year there were 36 vendors from the communities of Henderson, Lincoln, York, and Aurora. These vendors included:

During the day, these vendors gave away more than 65 door prizes from toys to $50 gift certificates, which were awarded to those in attendance.
The Henderson Chamber, Q125, Henderson State Bank, Subway, Heartlandbeat.com and Royal Family Kids Camp also provided activities for children throughout the day. At 10am residents were able to see the first viewing of the movie Echoes of an Era, which was created for the Henderson Centennial. This movie will also be shown at a later date. At 1 pm IGNITE Dance and Cheer gave a program with 70 dancers in the gym. A Scholastic Book Fair was also held on the stage of the old gym during the Home Show, which was hosted by the PTO.
