The Henderson Health Care Services Junior Auxiliary will be selling holiday goodies during the Annual Noodle Soup Supper on Wednesday, December 7 in the Heartland School cafeteria.

There will be a variety of wonderful Christmas cookies available “by the plate”.  All proceeds received will benefit the HHCS through projects sponsored by the Junior Auxiliary – the most recent being the purchase of several hospital grade temporal thermometers for the hospital and medical clinics.

In addition to the cookies, the group will have their Nursing Coverlets for sale that evening.  The lightweight all-cotton coverlets are made by members of the group and provide a discreet covering for breastfeeding moms.  The coverlets have an adjustable neck band and a terry cloth pocket that serves as a place to keep small items (such as a pacifier) and may also serve as a burp cloth for the baby.  Coverlets are available in an assortment of attractive fabric colors and patterns and make great gifts.

The HHCS Junior Auxiliary would welcome new members.  Feel free to talk to anyone working at the booth for more information on becoming a part of this great organization!
